• Department of Homeland Security SAFETY Act Designation
  On February 2, 2007, RAM received designation from the United States Department of Homeland Security under the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act (SAFETY Act). With this designation RAM receives additional liability protection while providing screening services. Additionally, RAM has SAFETY Act designation for the operation of Explosive Detection Systems (EDS), Explosive Trace Detectors (ETD), Explosive Trace Portals (ETP), Walk Through Metal Detectors (WTMD), X-ray machinesand hand held metal detectors.
