Duties and Responsibilities

International RAM Associates is currently seeking motivated, upbeat customer service professionals for our Reno Tahoe International Airport location.

Dispatchers answer all calls from the airlines for passenger assistants and coordinate the dispatching of personnel for all calls. Must be able to multi task using phone and computer to ensure that all requests are handled immediately and use professionalism at all times.

All applicants must be able to pass pre employment drug screening and background checks which require a cleared criminal history.
