Duties and Responsibilities International RAM Associates (RAM) is seeking qualified applicants to work as Registered Traveler enrollment kiosk operators. If you are a self motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer service oriented position, then we would like to speak with you about joining the RAM team. Our Registered Traveler Kiosk Operators will be deployed in teams to various retail and business locations throughout the D.C. area, to enroll individuals into the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Registered Traveler Program*.
Preferred Skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Strong customer service skills Be able to work under minimal supervision Computer literacy & application knowledge a plus
Work Experience Requirements Applicants must have a verifiable clear criminal history, pre-employment drug test, be at least 18 years of age, have a HS diploma, and legally able to work in the United States.
