Chris Mashburn - Chief Executive Officer and Principal
Chris Mashburn, CEO and Principal of International RAM Associates, oversees corporate growth and strategic planning. Chris directs the development of corporate systems and processes including leadership and management training, and fostering effective internal communication. Chris’s primary focus in on developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with business partners and clients.
Chris is active in a number of professional organizations. He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), past chairman of the Texas Highway Patrol Association (THPA), and recently served on the Board of the State and Local Intelligence Council (SLIC). At the invitation of the US Department of Justice/Civil Rights Litigations [division], Chris presented research and provided expert guidance on the effects of police involvement in the field of criminal interdiction.

Ron Cunningham - President and Principal
Ron Cunningham, President and Principal of International RAM Associates coordinates all Business Development efforts. Ron focuses on effective teaming agreements, areas of growth and expansion, and facilitates the company's strategic planning process. Ron has facilitated key partnerships, including with minority-owned business Pearson Security Services, and was instrumental in RAM being selected by the Department of Homeland Security as an approved Mentor in the Mentor-Protégé Program.
Ron retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety in July of 2005, after 21 years in law enforcement. At the time of his retirement, Ron was serving as a Lieutenant/Watch Commander for the Texas Department of Public Safety’s-Texas Security Alert and Analysis Center (TSAAC).

Shannon Conklin - President and Principal
Shannon Conklin, President and Principal of International RAM Associates, oversees RAM’s corporate operations and works with the business development team to identify new business opportunities. Shannon has contributed to RAM’s workforce recruitment and development efforts, while simultaneously forging strong outside relationships with customers. His primary focus is aiding the company in maintaining its superior level of customer service and continued commitment to their clients.
Shannon attended Stephan F. Austin State University and holds an Advanced Peace Officer’s Certificate from the State of Texas. He was a member of the Texas Department of Public Safety, assigned to both the Highway Patrol Service and Governor’s Protection Detail, before leaving in 2003 to oversee operations for RAM. Shannon continues his involvement in law enforcement.

Mary Hawthorne - Chief Operating Officer
Mary Hawthorne, Chief Operating Officer, oversees Corporate Administration, Operations and Human Resources and is responsible for policy and procedure development and implementation, design and development of employee benefit programs, and training and professional development programs. Mary has been instrumental in the design and development of International RAM Associates’ Leadership Program.
Mary’s past work experience with start-up companies, along with mergers and acquisitions, has provided a strong background for her role at RAM. Mary received her Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton and brings over 12 years of managerial experience in Human Resources. She received her Professional Human Resources license in 1997 and is a member of both the local Austin chapter, and the National Society for Human Resources Management.

Scott Beamer - President, Technology and Systems
Scott Beamer, President of Technology and Systems, has oversight of technology development and applications of and electronic security services , including RAM’s Technical Services Group.
Scott brings over 18 years experience in both the Government and Commercial transportation industries where he was responsible for designing, fabricating, installing and operating electronic security systems. During his career he has successfully managed multiple multi-million dollar projects for government and private sector clients. Prior to joining RAM, Scott worked for a major government defense contractor supporting government and commercial clients, as well as private entities.

Sam Brunetti - Vice President, RAM Technical Services Group
Sam Brunetti, Vice President of the RAM Technical Services Group, leads RAMs’ electronic security services offerings, including CCTV, access control, perimeter monitoring, and exit lane technology. Sam has over 26 years of experience in physical electronic security for both domestic and international applications. His background includes managing programs for technology selection, design, fabrication, software development, implementation, maintenance and training. He has invented security products and systems when commercial solutions were unavailable.
As a security specialist, Sam’s experience encompassed both the US and international arenas, with responsibility for large-scale programs at numerous high-profile locations including Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport, Baltimore Washington International Airport, Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport and Andrews Air Force Base (Air Force One Hanger Complex). In addition, he provided direct support to numerous air carriers, including US Airways, Delta Airlines, Trans World Airlines, American Airlines and United Airlines.
Mr. Brunetti holds a number of patents for the development of security products used in the aviation industry. He was also instrumental in the success of the Congressionally Mandated Airport Access Control Pilot Program (AACPP) and the Aviation Cargo Integrity Program (ACIP). |

Dean Buchanan - Vice President, Finance
Dean Buchanan, Vice President of Finance, brings a wealth of finance and contracts management experience to International RAM Associates. Dean’s financial experience covers a variety of business types including publishing, public accounting, business software development, and staffing firms specializing in documentation and janitorial services. Dean’s recent work supported the approval of RAM’s accounting system by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Dean’s responsibilities at RAM include daily oversight of the finance department including all aspects of reporting, sales, billing, collections, purchasing and payables.
Dean holds a B.S. in Accounting from Angelo State University in San Angelo Texas and is a certified public accountant from the State of Texas.
